- Mold Design - for Injection, Compression, and Thermoset Molds
With over 6 mold designers to muster, each with 10 to 32 years experience, we can design your tool right the first time and guarantee that it will produce good parts at our predicted cycle time before you cut steel. That's because we absorb the cost of any mold flow analysis if needed. That means less re-work and faster delivery to your mold making operation.
- Sheetmetal Forming Analysis
Also known as One-Step analysis, basic forming analysis can be used to develop part blanks for material estimates, colored thinning plots showing "hot spots" in a forming process, part blank coil "nests" for minimum material usage, and progressive die strip nests that consider edge movement for carrier webs.
