Die Simulation Analysis Services

Also known as an incremental analysis, “die simulation analysis” is performed on a set of die design surfaces to confirm the surfaces will close properly and produce a good part – with no tears or wrinkles.  What’s more, the analysis can be done before the die steels are cut.  The benefits of die simulation analysis include:

• Rework costs are virtually eliminated when the die design’s process is verified and the die maker knows the design will work before cutting steel. 
• Delivery schedules are met when the die is made right the first time.
• Resulting simulation analysis data (such as material thinning and work hardening) can be further leveraged forward to improve the accuracy of structural and dynamic analysis work performed on the part in its application.
