System configurations include

TransMagic I-STEP Configuration - This initial step configuration provides a foundation set of translation functions to and from IGES and STEP together with the file repair facilities. Use it to keep the cost low when translating to and from single platforms like CATIA, Unigraphics, and Pro/E. STL output is also included in this configuration.
- TransMagic BASIC Configuration - This suite expands the Initial-Step suite to include translations to and from the Parasolid and ACIS kernel systems. Use it to translate to and from VISI-Series, Solidworks, Solid EDGE, Inventor, Mechanical Desktop, Cadkey, and more. Also, the HSF file format is supported here.
- TransMagic ELEMENT Configuration - Perfect for the toolmaker who has to be ready to read most every CAD file, this configurtion expands to include translators for Solidworks, Inventor, Unigraphics, and Pro/E.
- TransMagic ADVANTAGE Configuration - Stepping up to this configuration adds CATIA V4 read and write, the MagicSURFACE repair utility and the ability to read and translate FDT (Functional Dimensioning and Tolerancing) data (also known as PMI (Production and Manufacturing Information) data resident in 3D geometry space. .
- Transmagic EXPERT Configuration - The most translation value for the buck comes in this configuration. It adds CATIA V5 read and write at a dramatically discounted price.
Transmagic lets you survive in a world where you have only one CAD system of your own yet you must read CAD files from your clients such as CATIA V4 or V5, Unigraphics, Solidworks, Pro/Engineer, Solid EDGE, Inventor, or Mechanical Desktop. Alternatively, when you're done, you can return engineering CAD files back to your clients translated into HIS CAD format.
MagicSurfaces
A major feature that differenciates the Transmagic Suite is its MagicSURFACE module. Use it to easily repair holes in errant IGES files while closing them to solid model files. And the job can be done in a fraction of the time required in a CAD system. .
