Fastblank
Fastblank is an inexpensive user-friendly analysis system that develops accurate sheetmetal blanks from complex drawn 3D parts quickly and easily. The system accounts for material stretch and deformation as well as bending. Also, it performs a basic level forming analysis of sheetmetal parts to anticipate potential production problems such as splitting and wrinkling. No experience in finite element analysis systems is needed to run the system. It is designed to be used by estimators, engineers, account managers and tool and die makers.
Blankworks
A special version of Fastblank, Blankworks runs under the covers of Solidworks. When designing drawn metal parts in Solidworks, integrated forming analysis allows designers to quickly test intermediate product designs for their formability.
Fastblank for Solid EDGE
These special versions of Fastblank run inside the SolidWorks and Solid Edge CAD systems.
VISI-Blank
This special version of Fastblank runs inside the VISI-Modeling CAD systems for estimating and to assist in the development of blanking stations in the VISI-Progress progressive die design and manufacturing system.
Fastform
An upgraded version of Fastblank, Fastform considers additional factors in the forming process such as blankholders, drawbeads, and pressure pads. Also, it produces additional reports such as safety zone, major strain, and forming zone which go together to produce more accurate results when predicting tearing and wrinkling while designing die surfaces.
Fastform Advanced
This top-of-the-line product considers additional factors such as welded blanks, user defined blanks, trimming, and curved binders. Additionally, its outputs include forming limit diagrams, springback shape and displacement, and wrinkle displacement and visualization.
Catform
This special version of Fastform Advanced runs within the user interface of the CATIA CAD system. ‡
Blanknest
BLANKNEST is designed to solve for a nesting of sheetmetal blanks on coil stock for the least cost layout. It considers coil width, rotation constraints for grain, bridge stock between parts and coil margins, and additional stock for addendums.
