Mold Design – Injection, Compression & Thermoset Molds
We can design your tool right the first time and guarantee that it will produce good parts at our predicted cycle time before you cut steel. That’s because we absorb the cost of any mold flow analysis if needed. That means less rework and faster delivery to your mold making operation.
Sheetmetal Forming Analysis
Also known as one-step analysis, basic forming analysis can be used to develop part blanks for material estimates, colored thinning plots showing “hot spots” in a forming process, part blank coil “nests” for minimum material usage, and progressive die strip nests that consider edge movement for carrier webs.
Die Simulation Analysis
Also known as incremental analysis, simulation analysis will confirm your die design will work before you cut steel saving thousands in rework costs.
Mold Flow Analysis
From a simple fill & hold analysis, to shrink & warp and cooling analysis, mold fill analysis can ensure that your mold design will produce parts within specification at the predicted cycle time. Use the analysis results to fine tune a tool design for maximum throughput.
